Gran soaked 22 bean seeds overnight. The next day Ryan placed eleven beans in each of two plastic containers on top of moist folded sheets of paper roll towel. He put the one container into Bruce's fridge and the other container on an open shelf in the laundry. The photographs show the beans after five days. The captions for the photographs include comments.
