Protea Gardens is a residential complex situated on the Currys Post road on the outskirts of Howick. It offers superb views across the uMngeni Valley towards the Ambers, and Hilton College in the distance. Phase 2 of the development of Protea Gardens will shortly see the completion of the first row of three rows of dwellings. Unlike phase 1 that saw the establishment of Flats and cottages, phase 2 does not contain flats. It comprises of two and three bedroom cottages, some of which are semi-detatched.
