There will be dust. There will be noise. No different from what we experienced when the row of Units above us where built.

The photographs included below are self explanatory.

My weather station is mounted on the the top of the pole that appears in the central photograph. Below it is a Particulate Monitor, a device used to measure the concentration of airborne particles, such as dust, smoke, fumes, and mist, in real-time. The results can be found amongst the weather data recorded by the weather station. A link is provided below.
