The first image that appears in the first frame of the video that I received from Google Photos, shows my Grand Daughter Rachel wearing her Grand Mother's hat. If you view the video, you will see that the video consists of various photographs that I have upoaded to Google Photos, that contain FLOWERS!

Todate I have received numerous such videos from Google Photos containg various members of my family. They all without fail feature either X, Y or Z.

So what happened here? My guess is that the software failed. Could I go so far as to say, the Artificial Intelligence (AI) used failed. Luckily I have never upoaded a photograph of a Pansy Flower floating on the water in our toilet.
