For the first time since my pre-gravel bike race checkup in October 2025, I have got back on a bicycle. While I was going no where slowly, riding the exercise bike will certainly contribute to the improvement of my post by-pass surgery op recovery. It will also hopefully help me to recover some of the muscle mass I have lost.
