Rob Dempster 'Allo 'Allo Gardens! (AAG) Howick (uMngeni) Still not Walking! 16 March 2026

On the 9th January 2026 I wrote a blog entitled'Am I Walking'. At that time I was walking with my walker. In fact I had progressed to the point wher I could pick up the walker and walk while carrying it. I was however no where near the point wher I could discard the walker, especially while walking outside along the road.

Two months have since passed and while my walking is much improved, I sill need the walker. I now also walk with walking sticks and that it going well. Generally I also feel a lot stronger and more able, and I am sure that I have regained some muscle mass.

Before I went for my, 'heart checkup', I had to deal withe effects of the Peripheral Neuropathy in the soles of my feet, and mild lower back pain. To deal with those problems I used to rub Deep Heat onto the soles of my feet, and my lower back, every every morning before getting dressed. After breakfast I would also take 1.5 Panados.

When I was recovering from the Triple Heart Bypass and mild Stroke the problems I have just described were masked and remained masked until recently. Now I am once again having to deal with the Peripheral Neuropathy and Lower Back pain.

I am also hoping that I will also find my feet and walk away from the walker!!!
